Q.

How can I get on your weekly email update list?

A.

  1. Put christa@astrollinthepark.com ON YOUR "SAFE LIST."
    This is so those of you who who are using anti-virus software - and you should all be using the most up-to-date versions - will let your software know that it's ok to receive and view emails from us.


  2. If you are Brand New to our group and wish to get our weekly updates please submit your email address to us at:

    info@astrollinthepark.com

    To ensure that we do not place you on 2 separate lists please also include your mailing address.

    Notice to Current & Past Members:
    If your home address or email address has changed please submit your new address to us.

Q.

I was on your email list before and now get no more emails. What happened?

A1.

If you have changed email addresses please do submit your new one along with your old address. We will make a switch.

A 2 .

PUT christa@astrollinthepark.com ON YOUR "SAFE LIST."

Many "Service Providers" and the new "Virus Protectors" have built in features to regard "Bulk" email as Junk mail in order to combat spam.

I do send Bulk BBC emails weekly. (BBC stands for Blind Carbon Copy so that no one else can get a hold of your email.)

Please ensure you inform your service provider to allow BBC emails coming from: christa@astrollinthepark.com

Also, you can instruct your new virus protector to allow BBC emails coming from: christa@astrollinthepark.com

Try this and if it does not work please contact me.

Please make sure to empty your email box regularly. I often get a "This mailbox is full" notice.
In addition, I also get notices informing me that the "service provider on the receiving" end is busy. These two issues are totally out of my control.
So just in case you miss a weekly email do check out our site for any updates.

Q.

Why do I always get 2 of the same email?


A.

We may have placed your name in two different email folders. Please email me and I will check.

Also, you may have 2 emails listed. Please send both and let me know which one to use.


Q.

I find that downloading your emails takes too long because of the pictures you attach. I also have to keep emptying my download folder. Can you send me emails with no photo attachments.

Yes, just let me know and I will place you in the no photo email folder.

Q.

I want to receive your email notices but don't have a email address. Where/How can I get one?

A.

You can get a free email at the following websites: (we don't recommend which are better just pick, choose and go!) After you sign up email me back and I'll add you to my list!!
